Change or Forgot username

To Change Your Own User Name:

  1. Log in to your BendBroadband Online Account.
  2. In the Manage Account menu, choose Change User Name.
Change username
  1. If a mailbox is NOT associated with this user name, you’ll be able to change your user name on the next screen:
Change user name email address
  1. Enter your email address, then click Change User Name.
  2. A security code will be sent to the email address that you’ve designated as your user name. Once you receive the security code, enter it in the box and click continue.

If the option to enter a personal email address is greyed out, that means there is a BendBroadband mailbox associated with the current user name. You’ll either have to remove the mailbox that’s associated with that user name or add an additional user to your account rather than change the user name.

  1. Log into My Account, click Manage Users in the menu to see all users on your account.
  1. On the Manage Users screen, scroll down and click the Edit button next to the user name that you want to change.
