Add or Remove Users
Summary
This article provides instructions on how to add or remove a BendBroadband user to your account.
To Remove a User from an Account:
*Only Account Administrators can add/remove users on an account.* Take note: Automatic notifications of account changes are NOT sent to the users on your account. Therefore, you may want to communicate the changes you are making to the specific users.
- Log in to your BendBroadband Online Account (click My Account/Login from the top of any bendbroadband.com page.
- From the Manage Account menu, select Manage Users to see all users on your account.

- Under the Current Users section, click delete next to the user name you would to remove.
NOTE: Deletion cannot be undone and will remove any email connected to the account.

A successfully deleted message will appear.

In case of accidental account deletion, contact Technical Support at 541-382-5551.
To Add a User to an Account:
- Log in to your BendBroadband Online Account (click My Account/Login from the top of any bendbroadband.com page.
- From the Manage Account menu, select Manage Users to see all users on your account.

- Click the Add User box that appears in the top portion of the page.

- Type in the desired user name and choose the applicable account settings:
- Email Address or New BendBroadband User Name
- If you have an email address, and want to use that as your BendBroadband user name, enter it in the Email Address field (Note: you’ll need to have access to that mailbox when creating the user, as a security code will be sent for verification).
- Otherwise, use the New BendBroadband User Name field to create a “@broadband.com” user name.
- If you want the user to have Administrator Rights (so they can access Online Bill Pay and manage others users), select “Yes” next to Make this user an Administrator.
- If you create a BendBroadband User Name: you can choose to make your user name an email address by selecting “Yes” next to Create a mailbox for this user.
- Email Address or New BendBroadband User Name
- Click Add User to create the user. You’ll see a confirmation message with the temporary password.
