What to expect on my first bill
BendBroadband will collect the first month of service, any installation charges, equipment purchase, and deposit charges prior to or at the time of installation. Any transaction associated with your account, including payments, adjustments, monthly charges, one time purchases, or installation fees will be reflected on your next billing statement.
Because BendBroadband bills for service a month in advance and it can take up to four weeks for your first statement to cycle, your first statement will reflect charges for two months of service, the first month, and the month being billed in advance. Because we collect the first month of service as well as other one-time charges at or before the time of installation, the amount due on your first statement should only be for one month of service.
