Auto Attendant Voice Mail Setup

This article provides general steps for setting up and accessing your Auto Attendant Voicemail.

Setup Main Auto Attendant Greeting

These steps will help you record the greeting all callers will hear when first connecting to your auto attendant system:

  1. From your phone dial * 62 to access the voice portal system.
  2. Once you start to hear the operator's voice press * to interrupt.
  3. You will then be asked for a mailbox number, press 9999#.
  4. Next you will be asked for a password, this will have been provided to you when your account was setup.
  5. Once you have logged in option 1 will be for Auto Attendant greetings. Then:
  • To record a new greeting, press 1. 
  • To listen to the current greeting, press 2.
  • To revert to the default greeting, press *.

 

Setup Individual Auto Attendant Extension Greeting

The following steps will help you record the greeting for an individual extension within your Auto Attendant:

  1. From your phone dial the extension you wish to record a greeting for.
  2. Once you start to hear the operator's voice or current greeting press * to interrupt.
  3. You will then be asked for a mailbox number, enter your extension.
  4. Next you will be asked for a password, this will have been provided to you when your account was setup.
  5. Once you have logged in option 1 will be for Auto Attendant greetings. Then:
  • To record a new greeting, press 1.
  • To listen to the current greeting, press 2.
  • To revert to the default greeting, press *.

 

Checking Individual Auto Attendant Extension Voice Mail

The following steps are how to check your Auto Attendant Voicemail box:

  1. From your phone dial *62.
  2. Enter the password for your extension followed by #.
