Add a new BendBroadband user account
Summary
This article provides instructions on how to add a BendBroadband user/username to your account. Up to 10 users/usernames are allowed per account. Usernames may be used to access various parts of your BendBroadband online account, including TV Everywhere, Internet Usage, and email (if part of your BendBroadband account).

Add First User on Your Account
- Click on My Account at the top of any bendbroadband.com page and choose My Email Manager
- On the My Email Manager login site, click the Sign Up button link if you do not currently have a bendbroadband.com login.
- NOTE: If you already have an @bendbroadband.com, @bendcable.com, or @chamberscable.com login follow the steps to Add Additional Users to Your Account
- Complete all fields and click Continue. You will need your account number.
- You will need to enter information listed on your BendBroadband equipment if you do not already have an existing email address. Click here for more information on what is needed on your BendBroadband equipment.
- Enter a desired username and click Continue.
- Usernames may only contain alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) and a dash (-), underscore (_), or dot (.)
- Enter the password you would like to use and click Continue.
- NOTE: Passwords must contain at least 8 characters including at least one number, one symbol, and both uppercase and lowercase letters.

- Your new username is now ready to use. If you need additional assistance, please contact Technical Support at 541-382-5551.
Add Additional Users to Your Account
- Click on My Account at the top of any bendbroadband.com page and choose My Email Manager
- Login to My Email Manager with your Primary User credentials and click the Continue button. This can take up to 90 seconds to process.
- Once logged in, click on MANAGE USERS in the menu.
- From the Manage Users screen click the ADD USER button.
- Complete all fields and click ADD USER button.
- Select Yes in the Roles section if you would like this new user to have Administrative Rights (which lets them manage other others and/or set Parental Controls in TV Everywhere).
- Select Yes in the email section if you would like to add a mailbox to this user. Selecting NO will create a username that can be used for authentication to other areas of your BendBroadband Online Account (including TV Everywhere, Internet usage, etc.) but will not have a mailbox to send/receive email.
