To access online billing, visit BendBroadband My Account and log in to manage your online account. Below are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions to help manage your online billing with TDS.

How do I view my current bill in eCare?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option VIEW BILL. When you click on this it will take you to your most current bill.

How do I view my bill history in eCare?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option VIEW BILL. When you click on this it will take you to your most current bill. Under the VIEW BILL you will see Billing Date. From here use the drop down to choose the billing date of the bill you wish to view.

How do I view my payment history in eCare?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option PAY BILL. Click on this to see the One-time Payment page. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see your payment history under Online One-time Payment Activity.

How do I set up eCare automatic payments (Auto Pay)?

When you first login you will see the option at the bottom of the page under Billing Preferences. If you are at a different spot in eCare, you can get to the landing page by choosing DASHBOARD at the top right of the page. Under Billing Preferences, you will find the status of AutoPay along with the option to Enroll Now. Click on Enroll Now and populate the data in the pop-up box to enroll.

How do I update my eCare automatic payment (Auto Pay) rule and settings?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option PAY BILL. Click on PAY BILL and scroll to the section AutoPay. In this section you can edit the rule and settings.

How do I modify a payment method in eCare?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option PAY BILL. Click on PAY BILL and scroll to the section AutoPay. In this section you can edit the payment method.

How do I update the email address that eCare notifications are sent to?

At the top right of the webpage you will see an option PROFILE. You will click on PROFILE and on this page, you can edit two email addresses. To update the email address that eCare bill notifications are sent to you, will Edit the Billing Email Address in the left column. To edit the general notifications, you will Edit the email in the right column Account Notification Email Address. You can also edit what type of notifications are sent with the options below, this is called Profile Activity Notifications.
