Solution

Do I need a BendBroadband email address for online bill pay?

To initially log in to BendBroadband Online Bill Pay, you will need a BendBroadband-provided email address/user name and password (online account). Once you've logged in with that information, you can update your contact email in the profile area of your online bill pay account to a different email address.

I'm having trouble logging into my online bill pay account.

Please be sure that you are using your email address as the username, and the password used when you created your BendBroadband online account.

If you are still unable to log in, and you are certain the email address/username is correct, you can reset the password by clicking on the "Forgot your Password" link under the Sign in button on the Secure Login screen, as shown here:

Secure login

You'll be asked to ask one of your security questions that you have previously set up. If you answer it correctly, a new screen will appear where you are asked to enter and confirm your new password.

And then you should be able to log in.

If you don't know your user name (email address), click the “Forgot username? Retrieve it” link that appears on the Secure Login home screen.

You'll be prompted to enter your 16-digit account number:

Account number

And then depending, you'll be asked to enter either your equipment ID or your account PIN. If you're asked to enter your equipment address, this is what you'll see.

Equipment address

Upon entering verified information, you'll see a list of usernames on your account. When you select a username, you'll be taken to the steps to reset your password.

Can I make a payment online if my services have been interrupted for nonpayment?

If your services are interrupted due to nonpayment, the payment option of your online bill pay account will be disabled until services are restored. You will need to call customer care at 541.312.6600 to make a payment and restore your service.

How Can I sign up for automatic payment?

To set up an automatic (or recurring) payment, log in to your BendBroadband Online Bill Pay account. Then, from the Dashboard page, look for the “Billing Preferences” section and follow these directions:

  1. Click “Enroll Now” next to the statement “You are currently not signed up for AutoPay.”
  2. On the pop-up screen, select your payment method: credit card/debit card or bank account.
  3. Input your payment information.
  4. Then, click enroll.

Once you have signed up for automatic recurring payment, it will take 4-6 weeks for the automatic payment to be fully set up. If you have a current balance, we suggest that you make a onetime payment via online bill pay or any of our other manual payment options.

How can I sign up for electronic billing/paperless statement? How can I stop receiving a paper bill?

To receive your bill electronically via email rather than by paper bill through the mail, log in to your BendBroadband Online Bill Pay account. Then, from the Dashboard page, look for the “Billing Preferences” section and follow these directions:

  1. Click “Edit” next to the statement “You are currently not signed up for Paperless Statement.”
  2. On the Edit Hardcopy Statement Option pop-up screen, check the box next to “Enrolled in Hardcopy Statement”
  3. Then, click Continue.

Once you have signed up for automatic recurring payment, it will take 4-6 weeks for the automatic payment to be fully set up. If you have a current balance, we suggest that you make a onetime payment via online bill pay or any of our other manual payment options.

What happens to my online bill pay account if I transfer my service?

If you transfer your service to a new address, your online bill pay account should automatically be associated with the new account once it is established. If you log into your online bill pay account and do not see any statement details, this is because your online bill pay account has been associated with the new address, and a statement has not yet cycled for the new address.

Can I change my Billing address online?

Yes, you can. Simply visit the Profile page of your Online Bill Pay account. Next to the Billing Address field, you'll see the option to edit. Select it to make your updates.

How do I see previous statements online?

Log in to your Online Bill Pay account. Then, visit the View Bill portion of the site. Once bills accumulate in the new BendBroadband billing system, links to view past bill will appear.

I have two accounts with BendBroadband, can I use the same email address for both online bill pay accounts?

Because the username for your online bill pay account will be the BendBroadband email address associated with your account, only one online bill pay account can be set up with that email address. You will need to have two separate online bill pay accounts with different email addresses for each account.
