How does this affect the current Wi-Fi service at Deschutes County Fairgrounds?
The current service at Deschutes County Fairgrounds with remain unchanged. Then later this summer the pricing will adjust to be consistent with the other Wi-Fi locations. At that time, daily and weekly rates will be reduced for non-subscribers and subscribers will receive the service complimentary.
What are the PC requirements to log onto the network?

What if I am still having trouble logging on?
Please contact Customer Service at 382-5551 for further assistance. Customer Service hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 9pm, Thursday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am to 8pm, Sunday 8am to 7pm.
Why won't my computer connect and other computers will connect?
There are a variety of reasons your computer may not connect. Please check the following:

What is the price for wireless Internet service?
The subscriber fees are as follows: $5.95 per day, $19.95 per week, or $49.95 per month. All BendBroadband High-Speed Internet customers have free access.
How secure is my credit card?
BendBroadband uses a confidential third party vendor and the transaction is processed through SSL encryption.
What is SSL encryption?
To confirm that a website is using SSL encryption to protect financial or personal information, follow the steps below:
- Look for the "https://..." in the URL address
- Look for a closed padlock (or key) icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Internet browser as indicators you are accessing a secure site
- Do not ignore security warnings from the browser
