Can I pick up new equipment at the front counter?
If you would like to exchange a standard definition digital set-top box for a high definition set-top box or DVR, or add a digital set-top box to an active outlet, you can pick up this equipment at our front desk. For a high definition box, DVR, or a CableCARD we do request 24 hours notice to ensure that we have the requested equipment available for you. Cable modems, Wi-Fi modems and wireless equipment are also available to pick up at the front desk.
Our multi-media modems -- which runs both Internet and phone service -- require professional installation, so we do not have this equipment available for pick up at the front desk.
