Customers must contact BendBroadband within 10 days of service delivery to address service issues. BendBroadband will contact the customer and correct any problems that are the direct result of services rendered. General service terms and conditions still apply.

If Customer wishes to discontinue the service during the first 12-month term, an Early Termination Charge of $50 will apply. Early Termination Charge will appear on your next BendBroadband statement after BendBroadband received notice of termination. All previously paid monthly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Remote PC Support services are currently offered in limited areas. Home visits are not offered as part of the service. Usable on all PCs, mobile devices, and home-network components in the home. BendBroadband Remote PC Support is a service provided by TDS Telecommunications Corporation. BendBroadband is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDS Telecommunications Corporation. All troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, and home-network components is done over the phone, chat, or remote Internet session. TDS does not guarantee Remote PC Support can solve all problems.
