How Do I Earn Referral Bill Credits?

By referring new customers to BendBroadband! The new customer simply has to list your name (and phone number) as the person who referred them when ordering. When they do, you'll each earn a $25 bill credit for each qualifying service ordered (up to $75). It's a win-win for both of you!

What Are the Restrictions?

Well, the customers you refer have to be new to BendBroadband. And they must live in our serving area (obviously!). You can earn a maximum of $75 in credits for each new customer that's referred-up to $450 credits in a calendar year. New customers must keep their services for 90 days in order for both parties to earn the credits.

How Many Credits Can I Earn?

You can earn a maximum of $450 in bill credits in one calendar year! That's up to $75 for each person you refer. And remember, the people you refer will also receive bill credits.

When Will I Receive My Bill Credits?

Bill credits will appear on your bill about 90 days (depending on your bill cycle) after the referral's new service is installed as long as your account is active and currently receiving BendBroadband service.

Can I participate in Refer a Friend and still receive a promotional offer?

Absolutely! You can receive referral program bill credits in addition to any promotional offer you might qualify for.

What Happens If Someone Cancels Their Service?

Everyone at BendBroadband cries. Seriously. We really hate losing customers. But sometimes we know it can't be helped (people do move, after all!). So, here's what happens:

If the existing BendBroadband customer (the referrer) cancels service within 90 days of the new customer's install, no bill credits are applied to the existing customer's account. The new customer will still receive bill credits if they maintain their service for 90 days.

If the new customer (the referral) cancels BendBroadband service within 90 days of their services being installed, neither party (referrer or referral) receives bill credits.

Can BendBroadband Employees Participate in Refer a Friend Referral?

No. Employees of BendBroadband, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the BendBroadband Refer a Friend Referral Program.

Referral Program: Limited to residential customers in BendBroadband serving areas. Restrictions apply. Existing and referred customers will receive a $25, $50, or $75 bill credit based on which bundle package the referred customer orders. Credits are applied 60 days after all services are installed and must be an active customer currently receiving BendBroadband service at the time the bill credit is applied. Employees of BendBroadband, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the BendBroadband Referral Program. Existing Customers: You must be a current BendBroadband customer to receive referral credit. The referral credit is not a discount to any of the services received. Customer you refer must be new to BendBroadband and keep services for at least 60 days. $450 credit maximum, per 12 months. Self-referrals are not eligible. Referred Customer: You must be a new BendBroadband customer without BendBroadband service in the past 12 months. You must purchase Internet, phone, and/or TV from BendBroadband and keep the service(s) for 60 days. Maximum $75 referral credit per account. The referral credit will be provided as a credit to the Internet or other non-regulated services received. You can only be referred one time. BendBroadband reserves the right to amend or modify the BendBroadband Referral Program at any time (including adjustment to the amount of credits and market availability) or discontinue the program without advanced notice.
