I saw a message from BendBroadband in my web browser. What is it?
We have the ability to communicate service updates to our BendBroadband High-Speed Internet Customers through their Internet Browser. These messages will notify you of planned maintenance in your neighborhood or product upgrades that may impact your BendBroadband services. A message will appear in your web browser when you first launch your Internet browser and a message may appear more than once. Do I need to enter my address every time I access the BendBroadband.com site?
No, you will only need to enter your address one time. The landing page was developed to better serve our customers since we offer a variety of products and not all products are available in all areas. The customer address helps us to direct each customer to the appropriate area of our website to view products and services available in each service area. Please note that if you are in the habit of clearing your browser''s Internet history and/or deleting cookies frequently, you may be prompted to reenter your address.
