Do I need a BendBroadband email address for online bill pay?
Online bill pay does not require a BendBroadband email address; any valid email address will work. The email address you initially enter will be the email address where your statement is sent each month, that email address will also serve as the username for your online bill pay account.
I'm having trouble logging into my online bill pay account.
Please be sure that you are using the full email address as the username, and the password used when the account was created. If you are still unable to log in, and you are certain the email address is correct, you can reset the password by clicking on the "Forgot your Password" link or you can call customer care at 541.312.6600 and we can reset the password for you.
Can I make a payment online if my services have been interrupted for nonpayment?
If your services are interrupted due to nonpayment, your online bill pay account will be disabled until services are restored. You will need to call customer care at 541.312.6600 to make a payment and restore your service.
Can I set my account up for automatic payment or change my auto pay information?
BendBroadband provides the ability to establish automatic payments from your debit/credit card or checking account. If you have an active online bill pay account, you can set up automatic recurring payment by logging into your online bill pay account and clicking on “Recurring Automatic payment”, or you can contact customer care at 541.312.6600.
Once you have signed up for automatic recurring payment, it will take 4-6 weeks for the automatic payment to be fully set up. If you have a current balance, we suggest that you make a onetime payment via online bill pay or any of our other manual payment options.
How can I stop receiving a paper statement?
Once you have logged into your online bill pay account, if your account is not already set up for paperless billing, you will see the words "Go Green." Once you click on the link below, you can choose the option of receiving both a paper statement and an e-bill or an e-bill only. Once you have made this change, it will be effective as of your next statement.
What happens to my online bill pay account if I transfer my service?
If you transfer your service to a new address, your online bill pay account should automatically be associated with the new account once it is established. If you log into your online bill pay account and do not see any statement details, this is because your online bill pay account has been associated with the new address, and a statement has not yet cycled for the new address. What happens to my online bill pay account if I disconnect service?
Once an order has been entered to disconnect your services, your online bill pay account will be disabled.
How do I change the email address for my online bill pay account?
To change the email address for your online bill pay account, click on the "Change Password" link above the current statement summary. This link will direct you to the change password page. Underneath "Change Password" you will see a link that says "If you wish to change your username/email address click here." This link will direct you to a new page where you can submit the change to a different email address. Once you have submitted this change, the username for your online bill pay account will be changed to the new email address, and the password will remain the same unless it was also reset. Your monthly statement notifications will be sent to the new email address as of the next billing cycle.
Can I change my Billing address online?

How do I see previous statements online?
Online bill pay allows you to view and print the last six months of statements. Above the current statement summary, select "Statement History." All statements are presented in PDF format, so if you have not already done so, you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader . Once you have downloaded the software, you can select the statement you would like to view. If the statement you would like to view is not available, please contact customer care at 541.312.6600.
I have two accounts with BendBroadband, can I use the same email address for both online bill pay accounts?
Because the username for your online bill pay account will be the email address you use to register for the account, only one online bill pay account can be set up with that email address. You will need to have two separate online bill pay accounts with different email addresses for each account.
