Terms of Agreement:
Customer agrees to surrender to BendBroadband all owned satellite equipment (receivers) in their possession. Customer will indemnify, defend and hold BendBroadband harmless from any outstanding obligations pertaining to their satellite television service or the surrendered equipment. If the satellite equipment is leased, in lieu of surrender of the equipment the customer must supply a copy of a contract or current bill reflecting the lease agreement. In return for the discount offered, Customer agrees to a 12-month digital cable TV services contract, and must subscribe to a minimum of Essentials level service during the entire 12 month period, commencing from the point of service activation.
BendBroadband will provide free standard installation of one outlet of the video services subscribed to at the time of this agreement (may also include installation of HDTV and/or DVR set top). BendBroadband will also provide free installation of one additional cable TV outlet and 12 months free DCT700 digital box rental ($1.95/mo value) for each additional outlet subscribed to at the time of this agreement, when accompanied by the customer's surrender of an additional satellite receiver (or evidence of lease of same). Customer may substitute one HD or HD/DVR set top (in place of one standard set top) at the discounted rate of 50% off the normal rental price for the first 6 months. Additional advanced set tops will be charged at the full rental rate per month. BendBroadband will provide a $240.00 credit towards digital cable television service, applied at the rate of $20.00 per month over the first twelve months of service.
* The additional $60 credit will be applied to the customer account 3 months after BendBroadband service has been installed.
This agreement automatically terminates if the customer moves out of BendBroadband's serviceable area. This agreement will terminate if the customer is disconnected for delinquent/non-payment under BendBroadband policy guidelines. Any unapplied service discounts are forfeited upon termination prior to the end of the 12-month term. BendBroadband reserves the right to charge back the accumulated prior month's service discounts and $50 installation value in the event of early voluntary termination of digital cable service by customer or if the customer is disconnected by BendBroadband for non-payment. Surrendered satellite receivers and remotes become the property of BendBroadband and cannot be returned.
A person who has had their service disconnected due to non-payment is not eligible for the Dish Buy Back promotion for a period of 2 years from the date service was terminated. Dish Buy Back offer may not be combined with any other video offer unless expressly stated. Limited time offer.
